Step by Step
- Create an Account. Create an account with Vitalistics through vitalistics.com
- Physician Places Order. If a physician sees a patient with symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea, they will create a prescription for a HST, and send it to Vitalisitcs.
- Vitalisics Handles it From Here. Once a test is ordered from the referring physician, Vitalisitcs will contact the patient, schedule a delivery for the Home Sleep Test Kit, and interpret the data the following day after the device is returned. The report and treatment recommendations are then made available to the referring physician and DME – assuming the patient has given authorization to the DME to access the results.
